Third-party services

This website uses two third-party services:

Google reCAPTCHA v3 — used to detect automated spam submissions on our contact form. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Resend — used to deliver contact form submissions to our email address. Your name, email, and message are transmitted through Resend's infrastructure. Resend does not retain or use this data for any other purpose.

Cookies

This website uses functional cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA to assess whether form submissions are from humans. These are security cookies, not tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, marketing pixels, or any other cookies that track your behaviour across the web.

You can decline cookie use via the banner shown on your first visit. reCAPTCHA may still function in a limited capacity to protect against automated submissions.

Data retention

We do not operate a database of contact form submissions. Enquiries are received by email and retained only as long as is necessary to respond and manage any resulting project relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and in some cases request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pixelmatrix.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
