INTRODUCTION TO STUDIO LIGHTING

Our Introduction to Studio Lighting workshop takes a look at the different effects of light on our subject
In this workshop we look at both constant and flash light sources and the effects different modifiers can have on them within two different studio environments. You will have an opportunity to experiment in a working professional environment and work with a model we will have there for the length of the workshop
This is a hands on workshop so you will need to bring your own DSLR and lenses to get the full photographic experience and leave with new and amazing images for your portfolio
In this workshop you will be assisted by two or more active working industry professionals while learning in a full studio environment. We will also have a model on site for you to take photos of and direct through this workshop

On the day we only have a few basic requirements for this workshop
– We will require you to bring your own DSLR camera and lens with full manual capability
– Dress comfortably with appropriate clothing and footwear to be moving around a photography studio
– Bring charged batteries and anything else required for you to take photographs
– A pen and pad is suggested but not required
– Please also note that trains and buses do NOT run to this location
